    Job Responsibilities:

    1. According to the company's quality standards, formulate product quality standards and control product quality;

    2. Monitor the production status of the outsourced factory, control the quality and production schedule of the outsourced factory, and evaluate the quality of the factory

    Take corrective measures in a timely manner;

    3. Assist QC to solve the quality problems in production; Coordinate with outsourcing factory to solve quality problems beyond QC authority;

    4. Responsible for QC and QA training and management;

    5. Familiar with all kinds of outsourcing production processes to ensure the timely completion of products with good quality;

    6. Timely control and coordinate relevant affairs in production;

    7. Responsible for daily management, performance assessment and training of department staff;

    8. Responsible for the department's data review and archiving management;

    9. Monthly summary and statistics of inspection data, and regular evaluation and summary of the factory;

    Job Requirements:

    1. More than 5 years of work experience, more than 3 years of QC experience, and more than 2 years of team management experience;

    2. Ability to solve problems quickly.

    3. Proficient in product quality specifications and production standards of motor industry, familiar with various technical features and production processes;

    4. Rich practical experience in the whole production process and production technology management of the motor; ,

    5. Strong sense of planning and quality management, good ability of overall planning, organization, coordination and communication;

    6. People who can operate ERP software are preferred
