Check whether the direction of rotation is correct or whether the installation between the driven object and the shaft is incorrect. The control and stability of the rotation speed of the motor must be adjusted from the inlet end, so that no back pressure is generated at the outlet end.

It is not allowed to rotate the motor continuously or at a high speed under no load. If the motor is idling continuously without load, the rotation speed will be excessively increased, and the service life of the motor will be shortened or even damaged.

When running with material, use a motor control valve to gradually increase the speed to the required speed. When the maximum pressure is reached, if you continue to increase the rotation speed, the motor may be damaged. Please use the correct pressure.

Attention must be paid to the maintenance and inspection of the air motor: the triple parts should be checked regularly. If the lubricating oil in the lubricator has been reduced, please add it.
